At By Tess Collection, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
